CEO
I am Nuria Flores, General Director of Mexico Travel Group, and I am proud of my career in the tourism industry. Ten years ago, I embarked on this great adventure by operating a zip line park, a restaurant, and organizing tequila tastings— that's where it all began!
I am also a Co-Founder of Saité Tequila Experience, where we work closely with local producers to create unique and authentic tequila experiences for tourism in Mexico. Each bottle is crafted in small batches, artisanal, and of the highest quality for our customers.
In addition to all this, I am a mother and a strong advocate for the inclusion of women and minority groups in the workplace. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and have a great passion for travel, new experiences, meeting people, and, of course, good food!

Accountant
I am Moisés Huerta, the Director of Accounting at MTG. I started my career in this group in 2010 in the accounts payable department of Gray Line Los Cabos, moving through positions such as Revenue Accountant for the Pacific region. In 2014, I was promoted to General Accountant for Gray Line Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.
In 2016, the group's partners offered me the responsibility of being the General Accountant for the newly established project, MTS in Cancún. After a year, in 2017, I was given the opportunity to become the Corporate General Accountant.
Based on results and primarily supported by my great team in the three destinations, in 2024, the General Management offered me the responsibility of leading from the Accounting Department, a challenge I accepted with pride, enthusiasm, and gratitude. My goal is to contribute to ensuring that the MTG group continues to be a benchmark in the tourism sector.

My name is Rogelio Pérez Alvarez. I have worked in commercial banking at various banks for over twenty years, holding different executive positions in several parts of Mexico.
For the past 8 years, I have been in charge of the Administration and Finance Department at MTG Group. My main objectives have been twofold: first, to lead the organization's financial strategy, including planning, controlling, and supervising financial resources to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of each company in the group. Second, to oversee budgeting and cost control by supervising the preparation of annual budgets, their execution, and control, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
Finally, I enjoy everything related to Business Process Management, which has enabled, among other things, the implementation of a documentation system for the various processes of the group and the establishment of KPIs.
